I am a French luthier, and I have set up my workshop in Provence, in the south of France, since 1985.
I build acoustic guitars, classical and folk, but also double stringed instruments, such as the Irish bouzouki, cittern, mandolin …
The search for a powerful and balanced instrument is always carried out with respect for a rich and warm tone.
I only work with woods that I will choose myself, that I store for years, for some more than 20 years… The making of a guitar is a slow process, which lasts for months, from the first tool stroke until the strings tuning. It’s a passionate job, far away from the world at all disposable, and what comes out of it is a small part of the luthier himself.
